Movie buffs, help me identify this movie.
It was set in a city where the buildings would (suddenly) change. The protagonist would be confused to the point of curiosity and somehow figure out that he was living/captive on a planet being controlled by other world beings. The beings could alter the cityscape with complex underground machines.
Ring any bells?
I can't remember the name of it or the director. I'm sure its been talked about here. Very David Lynchish.
Thanks,
Peter
