years, has fostered stereotypes of entire classes of people. And certain political parties have made much hay from them, too. It's easy to develop a hate for faceless hordes of folks whom one seldom interacts with, knows nothing of, firsthand.
A film that explodes myths but at the same time provides an entertaining picture of human beings in life-and-death struggle certainly seems like a valid and interesting one.
