A young bright officer is given another rank and a VERY special assignment.

I will spare you the details, it is much more fun to watch the story develop. Needless to say things do not exactly go as planned.

It is part real story, part satire on Peruvian society, but the end result is interesting, so I am curious if anyone seen it.

As the credits start to roll, do not rush with your judgment - instead read a bit on the film, on the actor and on the story.
