This time around the Hamburger Hill created a much stronger impression... definitely one of the better Vietnam war films, perhaps the best. Unfairly underrated, unfortunately. Truly makes you hate those who send the young ones into that meat grinder called war for no good reason.
The other one is North Face. Perhaps the best alpine film that I remember... OK, OK, I am not gonna mention the Cliffhanger. A gripping film that is torture to watch.
