For what AT&T wants to charge for upping my bandwidth, I'd just rent from RedBox instead. If they're going to be doing away with conventional discs (BD and DVD), as they claim, they need to figure out how to get around HD/bandwidth limitiations; otherwise they won't be getting my $13.00/month any longer. Not sure how they get away with calling the crap that they stream, HD; either.
