beautiful, "Mr. and Mrs. Smith." This is a remarriage film, where a couple finds its marriage, because of a technicality, is invalid. The husband, after some thought, shares that he may not wish to remarry--- at least not right away. Robert Montgomery, as the husband, is a wonderful foil for the amazingly talented comedienne, Ms. Lombard. Though the dialogue isn't up to the best screwball comedies, there is plenty of cleverness and originality to more than hold your interest. I can't think of a better film, after a nice dinner, to see with one's wife, cuddled up tight on a couch.
