...problem with those light triggers is that return spring is also light and as a result the trigger reset is not quick.
My belief is that optimal pound spring has to be chosen based on:
1. One's index finger length relative to grip circumference, and length on the dominant side of the grip and on the dominant hand
2. How strong that index finger is
3. Trigger length
4. Trigger width
5. Trigger pull length
6. Very important! Ratio of recoil spring pound to trigger spring pound, the reason why this is so important is that recoil spring will decide how fast the slide moves back and forth, and that affect the trigger reset.
