I watch this about everytime it rolls around on the telly as it did earlier today. It's an old man's love story and a story with intrique. Takes place in Saigon around the time the country was divided in two and the events that unfold consequently are very believable. Stars Michael Caine in a roll he was born to play. Excellent story from the novel by Graham Greene and an excellent movie. Cheers.
