I felt Kathy Bates was too earthy for Stein. Hemingway was a fun cast, but he said the word "true" a dozen times too many. Picasso was a pointless cliche. There were times when I watched Owen Wilson deliver a line in a somewhat similar manner to Woody, but immediately realize how Woody would have done it, which would have been more entertaining.
