In Thailand, they loved it with small red peppers sprinkled with basil, however, in Vietnam it has to have the extra bite of cilantro into the mix.

In my case, I loved the brown variety cooked in extra amount of water to give it a fluffy feel and then I garnished it with green onions together with a half teaspoon of butter and sprinkled it with sea salt and pepper.

It taste's like unconverted Uncle Ben's converted rice.
