This is a British low budget horror thriller. Basically, it's about a hit man who, after a failed hit in Kiev, gets back on the horse and takes on another job closer to home. The whole first act is exposition, so hang around for the second act when things start to get interesting, and gruesome.
I can't decide whether it's a work of art or a bad joke. There are lots of clues given, but they don't seem to go anywhere. The ending is open, so don't expect any resolution. The dialog is also hard to hear in places (hey, it is a low budget horror movie after all). However, despite its problems it is genuinely creepy and keeps you on the edge of your seat. If you liked The Wicker Man (original version), then you might like this movie.
