This is not a genre I'm familiar with. I think Reservoir Dogs fits this category, perhaps not great though. I'm sure there are tons more. The good guy (cop) infiltrates the bad guy group and helps take them down. Seems like a couple real life examples of this , FBI, etc., have lately been in the news.
