...saw this last night with the family - interesting, well acted romantic comedy about a man with mental issues, his family and an unusual girl he meets. Bradley Cooper, Robert DeNiro and Jennifer Lawrence who is terrific.
Takes place in Philly where my wife and her family are big Eagles fans.
Lincoln - Daniel Day Lewis gives an Oscar-worthy performance in an excellent but slow moving film with a lot of dialogue - seems historically accurate and political junkies will eat it up.
Skyfall - latest Bond film is my 4th all time favorite Bond. Bardem is a terrific villain. See it on a big screen.
Blow Up - we saw this 1966 classic on DVD and it still holds up as an example of the British mod movement with an interesting story. Seeing both a young Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck on stage with the Yardbirds was a highlight.
