Another pure delight from the UK. Clean, fresh, mother-in-law safe, and not a complete waste of time.
Domhnall Gleeson is the young son of Bill Nighy who inherits a family secret: the menfolk can travel in time. Young Gleeson moves off to London town and meets a somewhat "left handed" Rachel McAdams with whom he becomes smitten with. As the story evolves Gleeson tries his best to manage his life by traveling back to correct mistakes and manage his future reality. This involves all his family and friends for good and bad in a most amusing way.
The cast is excellent and the script leans towards the younger set but is lit up by Nighy and Tom Hollander from time to time.
A no-brainer story for an afternoon out with the ball n'chain....or DVD night in front of the fire.
