Yes the whole TV model is becoming a joke. 2 minutes program/1 minute of commercial is the norm now. They even play credits from the ending show during the credits from the starting show side by side to pump in more commercials in the half hour slot. They'll even take the TV production time to create new fast moving credits they can play over top the end of the show to avoid playing the actual ending credits. It's a joke. I remember when cable started and they said it will be great and have no commercials on most channels. Right. I feel betrayed by AMC and IFC that once were commercial free. I really have problems watching any commercial programs now. My viewing is way down. All I have left is PBS and TCM and LinkTV except when they're asking for money.
