anymore make a "serious" film, but he certainly outdid himself in the "over the top" sweepstakes. This film is mesmerizingly fun, unlike that monumental piece of greg, "Gangs of New York."
DiCaprio is very good, a little surprisingly. He has all the chops, but he can't hide the fact he's acting.
If you think this film is about a loony broker gone bad, you're missing the point. It's a rather amazing indictment of an entire country, it's priorities as seen in the aspirations and achievements of a guy determined to "make it."
