'Robo Cop': Holder goes heavy metal . . .

The Killing forges ahead with Holder being encased in metal and exotic alloys. His character isn't much different from greasy-haired guy from Seattle and I expect they figured that's all they needed.

This no different from any other redux that gets spit out by the HWood grinder. Entertaining, transformer-approved, and not a lot of time focused on one character. Not really an ensemble but evenly spaced between Keaton, Oldman, and Kinnamon. Oldman was up to his scenery chewing ways while Keaton employed his funny guy quirks from the 80's despite it being a dramatic roll. (Poor guy has "Robin Williams" Syndrome.)

The number of rounds loosed nearly matched 'Blackhawk Down' and the mechanical/hydrolic sound Robo made while walking was a bit over amped. All this to "gee whiz" effect.

Your pre-teen will love it.
