Good movie based on a true story. Some High School age kids in Coeur d'Alene figure out they can make tons of money smuggling pot over the Idaho / Canada border. Six months later they're worth 40 million dollars.
Fascinating story. And yes, mostly true. The guy who got killed? My neighbors brother was his roommate and was one of the guys in ghillie suits running pot over the border.
The movie is refreshingly low budget. A nice mix of well known actors and some new faces (which worked out well considering the subject matter).
Yes it's another 'smuggling drugs' movie, but it's fresh and not your typical big hollywood bluster.
