If you haven't seen this 1995 classic, it's definitely worth it. (Even worth another viewing).
Andy Garcia, Christopher Walken, Steve Buscemi, Treat Williams (in his best role ever), Christopher Lloyd, etc.
A simple job for Garcia and his crew for wheelchair-bound Walken goes horrifically wrong. So wrong that the crew is "buckwheated" (a term for painful death).
So many awesome scenes:
- The early fecal freak confrontation between "Easy Wind" (aka Earl Denton) and Treat Williams.
- The screwed up simple job itself.
- Buscemi as a hired killer seeking out "Earl Denton" at a black club.
- All scenes between Garcia and Walken.
- But the very best scene (IMO) is when Garcia visits Treat Williams' room where Williams is hiding out. Garcia holds a white hanky against his nose throughout. I suspect it's both part of his reaction to the hilarious script and to hide the fact that he's so, so close to laughing hysterically. I won't spoil the surprise for those who haven't seen the flick, but what Williams does and says during Garcia's visit is simply stupendous. LOLOLOLOLOL.
