Those are actually Airsoft copies of real guns used in the Open division of the sport.
Real guns like that are custom jobs, typical cost $4-6K. They are produced by small companies, often just one gunsmith. They are 2011 model, which is a modern derivative from the classic 1911 Colt. The one with the black grip is a copy of a brand called Infinity, made by SVI company, one of the largest and best known companies in the business. I used to own one that looked just like that one. Because they use high pressure ammunition and compensators, these guns are incredibly loud, but fun to shoot - there is almost no barrel jump, and you can shoot them incredibly fast... hence their nickname "race guns".
