The best I can think of is the classic British sitcoms "Yes, Minister" and "Yes, Prime Minister". These are basically three guys sitting in a room being witty. They are a little dated (lots of jokes about the formation of the EU), but still great fun (especially the interplay between Sir Humphrey Appleby and Minister Jim Hacker).
Other recommendations are:
Blackadder (series two and four only)
The IT Crowd
The Vicar of Dibley
If you like "laddish" humour then try Men Behaving Badly. This is a grungy British version of Friends.
These are all British sitcoms from the golden age of the 1980s and 90s.
