Victor...Netflix is blocked in foreign countries on your USA account. I can diguise my account in any country by unblocking it using a program called 'hola' for chrome.works like a charm for me but I dont know about Ipad. Maybe you could Google 'Netflix unblocker' to see if there is an app for Ipad. Incidently , Thats how I watched the 8 last episodes of Breaking Bad on Netflix UK.
