Gainsbourg. Appallingly ugly, wretchedly emaciated. A walking, breathing, human copy of Olive Oyl.
The film has gotten (The New Yorker) interesting reviews. I suppose, with all the graphic violence, we could have foreseen this frontal (harrumph!) assault on what little remains of sexual mores.
