The whole thing was just three set pieces that were all the same - the craft she was on gets destroyed by space debris. Then she farts around trying to get to another spacecraft. Insert Clooney banter. Rinse and repeat.
There is almost no tension in the movie. It just plods along. Apart from the special effects, the whole thing was an exercise in tedium. An even the "zoomy in and out" camera work gets boring after a while.
