Try "Reilly: Ace of Spies" with Sam O'Neill. Waiting for it to come out on Blu-ray, some day. You can find the BBC-Thames series on dvd. Loved it. The theme music is the Romance movement from Dmitri Shostakovich's The Gadfly Suite.
