Struther Martin to James Coburn in 'Hard Times'. When they are confronting some 'good old boys' in the bayou, who are holding guns on them, and Coburn is getting very pissed at them for not honoring a bet. Martin looks at him and says: "Steady on, Speed, these boys are not refined." - a very well-delivered piece of understatement in an underrated film.
