With Raimu ( The Best ever french movie actor ) this is a master of a film,a class on his own, one between quite a few,mostly by Marcel Pagnol,playing in the Provence,With actor like Fenandel or his own wife,and around story a la Jean Giono,the Maupassant from above Marseille,again the same humanity but with the sunshine-a MUST- for south of France lovers !
