I enjoyed it more than the Avengers Ultron movie that's for sure.
I was kind of dreading Mad Max but I got dragged out on cheap Tuesday with very low expectations. I give them credit for making a near two hour car chase sequence compelling with 2 minute stops here and there for dialog. Did Max have more than 10 sentences in the whole movie? Someone should count - you won't need to count too high.
Still, I think it's a better movie than people will expect. Rottentomatoes the last I looked had something 231 fresh and 4 rotten which is pretty surprising given that I thought the previews look utterly terrible.
I doubt it holds up well on the small screen but for a big screen thrill ride - and for people who like this kind of non stop action - it's a good film.
