2001 Space Odyssey...Hal 9000...Love the voice and calm demeanor

Jaws...the Great White Shark...First head shot when Brody is chumming...grand entrance...

Alien...Ash...talking head...

Alien...xenomorph...menacing

Somewhere...the Black Ferrari 599 GTB...this is the symbol of his demons and everything wrong in Hollywood...end of the movie he is walking away from the Ferrari...Sophia Coppola sticks a microphone in the tailpipe so it even growls and has dialogue

Lost in Translation...City of Tokyo...the density, commercialism of everything American, small fish, big pond, loneness...

Prometheus...David...pure, but complex...

Ex Machina...Ava...her motivations run deep...

Moon...Gerty...Spacey's false concern masking his disdain for humans...

Star Trek...Data...the android displays the most humanity

Her...Samantha...Scar-Jo's voice...GGGGgggRRRrrrrr...

Jurassic Park...T-Rex...Villain to Hero character arc...

I have intentionally left out any and all animated characters...that deserves its own list...
