Rotten tomatoes gave it a so-so reception. I haven't checked any other sources for opinions.
However, I'm a subscriber to Computer Graphics World magazine and this month's issue has a Tomorrowland cell on the cover. Plus a 4 page article on the 'making of' and other technical details regarding the construction of the graphics.
Of course CGW is more interested in computer graphics than anything else. In the magazine we find that it was ILM (Industrial Light and Magic) that did most of the graphics and animation for it. These days there are many other houses that do this work, but ILM is still a top flight source of CGI talent. (last I checked)
I'll probably manage to go find a IMAX showing just so I can ogle the graphics.
