I think I caught the first 20 minutes of episode 1 and decided not to follow. From the outset I thought I was getting some imitation David Lynch going into it, but without the idiosyncratic brilliance of a Lynch production. Lost me right there.
Probably, there could be some prejudice on my part. That movie; The Happening, was the last M.Night Shyamalan movie I've sat through. From that experience going forward I've decided to avoid this director's work. Unless he turns out something exceptional at some time in the future. I'll let the critics take the risk of viewing this director's line of crap.
Too bad. In a better production, I'd have enjoyed watching the cast associated with it.
