Yep, they borrowed the logo, and part of the legacy of that now defunct energy corporation.
I imagine the "E" in Enron might signify their once primary business, energy.
I'd all but forgotten Enron and all the fallout from their fraudulent book keeping. Lots of investors were hurt. Always, it is the little guy that takes the hit. And the people at the top really don't care anything about ethics so long as they don't get caught.
That is the spirit of E-Corp in this Tv series. But E-Corp has been written in as large banking, if I got that right.
Very inventive stuff.
