Well, the writer/director Corneliu Porumboiu has been busy, and his "When Evening Falls on Bucharest or Metabolism" is the type of a film that speaks quietly, but grabs you.

Don't be turned off by its 1-star Netflix rating - as we know, most of Netflix audience are morons mixed with ache-covered teenagers... if you like good films, you will not be disappointed.
