Most of these highly sought after movie relics will remain valuable only for a certain period of time, IMO. Most of them will eventually "wear out" and lose much of their charm and value.
Associated objects that do maintain value also have the highest intrinsic practical value: The nicely crafted "art-objects", the beautiful homes, boats, vehicles, and other nice things once owned by those rich enough to afford them.
Art retains value, not much else does.
