I finally watched this one. I'd been looking for it on Netflix, Amazon prime, Redbox etc for a couple years now. It was finally run on some commercial cable channel the other night and I recorded it to zip past commercials. I liked it sleazy politics and all. Hoffman was excellent, as usual. For one thing, I wanted to see how they portrayed the beginning of the Afghan mess. Too bad he couldn't sell the proper end-game like he did the weapons build-up. If there were a sequel, it probably wouldn't be as entertaining - taliban take-over, etc. Anyhow, if you've wanted to see it, it'll probably be back on.
