That of Putin. I presume the other ones are from his circle, but I don't partake in the Russian life, I am as removed from it as humanly possible, I don't read their news, don't watch their TV, so I have no idea who the rest of the clowns are.

The original painting is, of course, widely known. I presume the subject of this "masterpiece" is what they think West should do with their sanctions.
