That British film about the events in Afghanistan is possibly the most gruesome war film that I can recall at the moment. At times I didn't want to look at the screen - the images were painful, and I just wished for it to be over.
For anyone with strong enough nerves I do recommend this film, as it is extremely thought provoking and full of reality that many of us would rather not see.
