Yawn, more of the same but this time the story seemed more well developed and logical (?). Everybody is after that dog/bat hybrid blood that can solve the wars, once and for all, between to two rabies carrying species.I usually go to see how much more botox Beckinsale has added to her lips. Looks like the bottom one is winning these days. I still like her looks and she is getting around quite well to be a Grande Dame of 40. I also enjoyed Charles Dance (thinking man's Michael Caine) and his always august manner. The rest of the players were good (they're British is why) and darkly sexy Laura Pulver stood out as an aging vampire queen.
Lots of action, no really, lots of action and some intelligent dialogue of sorts. Things aren't quite settled yet so when Kate needs another check you will see the trailer.
(PS. I admire the Brits for being able to act in these things as if it really mattered. They can turn anything into Shakespeare. Good show.)
