Some spoilers in here...
I loved the movie, even if it was a bit corny for my taste. Great CGI (I'm fine with CGI, I go to movies like this pretty much for CGI...). The plot and all worked for me.
There were a few moments, that removed, would have improved the movie IMO. Spoiler here...
The convo at the beginning between General Hux and Poe played on too long. It was humorous, just a bit much.
Luke brushing off the warfare brought upon him... I thought childish.
Otherwise and overall I really enjoyed the movie, did not feel long at all long (2 1/2 hours).
