Imagine a dark, depressing, humorless tale of people becoming lost in time. Not one giggle, not one sunny day, just cold, rainy Winden and its nuclear powerplant.
This story is about an ensemble of characters that have three different actors for three different thirty-three year time periods. If you could somehow tag the characters like FaceBook things would be a lot easier from jump to jump.
We begin with kids playing around a cave that just happens to run under the local nuclear plant. Strange things happen and soon some of the kids disappear. This leads to the appearance of a sinister character dressed as a priest (riding in an RR) who is suspect along with others for snatching the Winden kids over time.
This thing is not Hollywood Simple but overly complicated. It's an interesting premise just worked to death to make a long Netflix mini. The main reason I finished it was because if you don't it will sit in Continue Watching for eternity.
Stick to 'Stranger Things' if you can stomach it.
