I am watching it now. I am around episode 11 and I am quite enjoying it. It is film quality effects and so far I like some of the twists. Character development is a bit slow and unlike TNG or DS9 Discovery lacks quiet moments and personal storylines that make you get to know and like the people. Right now it seems action is at the forefront - which is fine but I hope the rest of it comes along. They could do without the Klingon speaking with English Subtitles. It would save the poor actors blabbing away in drivel. But the fans who learned Klingon might be upset.
