It is inexcusable that Batman would be portrayed by Lego blocks...

To accuse a director of social engineering and preverting a fictional story with political correctness because he has cast a couple of actors that don't meet your ethnic expectations is ridiculous, and belies some political agenda--or worse--that the reviewer is promoting. Even the director has stated in interviews that his choice of actors was based solely on the actor's abilities. Our reviewer, despite his suspicions about the show, even remarks how good one of the actors is.

I heard that many of the Trojans weren't actually Trojans as well. That seemed to have escaped our reviewer. Many films and stage plays have been done with "experimental casts." I'm not going to dig in the dirt here and make accusations, but "social engineering" has a nasty ring to it in the context of this review.

To tell you the truth my first aversion to the review came
with the writer's adolescent description of the actress who plays Helen. The reviewer is apparently simultaneously attracted by her breasts and repulsed by her nose, leaving him unable to describe anything of her performance.

I get that you're all mostly old, cantankerous fellers who want to keep things simple. Me too. And some of you are having a few yucks over my post. To me it's kinda sad. And this all comes a few days after the same reviewer uses "Frogwarts" in a subject line for a review. Some adult here has to know that that is offensive, don't they?

So, before you tell me I'm too sensitive, or tell me just don't read the review, or tell me it's just a succint review of the reviewer's impression, or tell me the reviewer's doing us all a big favor, think about a first time visitor wandering onto this site and reading that review. What would a young person think? You wonder why audio has a hard time attracting young people...
