I stumbled upon Gothic and Wh*re many moons ago and later Lair of the White Worm. I saw Gothic while studying lit in college. I still recall some of the images but very little of the story. I admit I rented Wh*re to watch Theresa Russell (no relation to Ken, but interestingly was married to Nicolas Roeg, another British director). The film didn't leave much of an impression.
Jump ahead 20 yrs or so:
Recently, I watched The Boyfriend. I'm generally not a fan of film musicals but I enjoyed The Boyfriend (although a couple of the music numbers were a little long).
Next up - Women in Love, which was infamous for its naked wrestling scene, or so I've read.
Any Ken Russell film you'd recommend?
