I just got a flag on my phone informing me that in-demand movies may incur an extra surcharge of up to $2 a ticket. This will probably start this weekend and I will be a test case to see if EVERY new release is an in-demand movie no matter the time slot.
Even at $9.95 a month +$2.00 a ticket isn't a bad proposition. It will be interesting to see how this all shakes out over the next month. New subscribers are being charged $29.95 for three month with a limit of four tickets per month. That is still a good deal for a major market. AMC is launching their new movie service now to combat MoviePass.
If it seems to good to be true . . . (That's why we are $20T in debt. Don't let Mitch Lowe near Munchkin.)
Have mercy, Mitch, I buy senior tickets!
