It starts out OK as a sci-fi actioner. Then there's a gaping plot hole (why don't they just send someone else back to do the hit?). The second act it turns into a lame relationship melodrama where everyone sits around moping at the farm. Then it gets silly by introducing another conceit - telekinesis. And the ending is ripped straight from The Butterfly Effect.
