Unfortunately the experiment with the clocks doesn't mean people age at different rates. The choice of which system is the one at rest is strictly arbitrary. It's a paradox. Look it up. The whole thing is Science Fiction. Hel-loo! And the thing about worm holes is they don't exist. They are only theoretical and even then they cannot provide a shortcut to anywhere. Sorry.
