Single component video input for HDTV ready TV

I recently purchased an HDTV ready TV which only has one component video input for a DVD/DTV. Currently, I have a progressive scan DVD player hooked up to this input, but would like to buy the external HDTV decoder in the future as well. Does anyone make a component-video switching type device which I can plug into my single input and then hook up both my progressive scan DVD and HDTV decoder, or will I have to disconnect one and hook up the other every time I want to watch a DVD? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
