Help! Which DVD to get ?

I'm working on my home theater setup after couple of
years I was only into two channel music (tubes)...
I have a panasonic ptl-701e (1024x768 native) LCD projector,
passive 6 channel preamp, a EAD powermaster 5 channel amplifier
and five mini-monitors... (I'll throw in a subwoofer later)
So I need a progressive output DVD
with the best sounding internal DACs and dolby decoder I can find...
I had the toshiba 9200 and denon 2800 in mind but people here said
they have the chroma bug and that the SAGE chipset is much better,
and I didn't see any posts on the sound of these units..
Any recommendation ?
