AudioNET doesn't usually OEM stuff from others, so I'd be surprised if this was the case.I saw the photo of the innards of Theatermaster 8000 Pro and it doesn't look like AudioNet MAP. I don't think they even use the same DSP for decoding.
The remote does look the same and I think both of them have derived it from an OEM.
