I suggest you post a query on the Speakers Board. Maybe someone knows the breed of drivers used and some other brands that used them. Unfortunately that may not give you the answer you want as the drivers may be "doped" and the quality of crossover can make a big difference to the sound.I attempted an advanced search for "Oracle Mentor Monitors" using Google but did not come up with anything so you might find yourself drawing a blank but it is worth a try.
If this happens I suggest you look at a new system. Maybe you can locate what you want within your budget and purchase it without the stereo pair. With luck it will be ok with your present Oracle speakers until you can afford to replace them.
